Malmaison Villas is a garden level community with 40 one-bedroom and efficiency self contained apartments.

Select apartments are equipped with mobility impaired features.

Each… resident apartment includes a combination living/dining area, full kitchen with stove, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, and ample counter and cabinet space. Units have blinds and have carpet or vinyl flooring.

Single: Must be either 62 years of age or 18 years of age with a mobility impairment requiring special design features in the unit.

Two Person: Head of household must be 62 years of age or 18 years where the head of household is mobility impaired.
