I've loved my time here so far. Maintenance has been so nice helping me with everything. The office staff always makes my day with their upbeat attitudes. I especially love pest control coming weekly

I've lived here for a couple years. First off, the price and location can barely be beat for college students. No complaints there. However, the security, visitor parking, and upkeep leave much to be desired. In terms of security, l've seen people straight up squeeze themselves through the bars of the fences. The fence and entrance gate are pretty much to give you the illusion of security and nothing else. The sidewalks are covered in decaying dog poop and l've seen multiple possums walking in… the bushes outside my balcony. The visitor parking is horrid, leaving maybe 20 spots at most for everyone to fight for. If your family members don't make it to parking in time, expect them to be towed off the premises with haste. I also put in several maintenance requests over the years, all of which were marked complete and ignored. The random man they hired to install new balcony lights was the first one to show any interest in the broken balcony door, and he fixed it for free when I asked. Lastly, the staff regularly enter apartments without knocking first. I've had experiences with staff only knocking once they enter the apartment, and once they came in while a family member was changing. I moved here right out of high school and I’ve been here for three years now. The staff and maintenance is super helpful. And the community is friendly and well kept. Plus they always do little giveaways and fun activities!

I lived here for over a year and it is a Great property with friendly staff!
