Place is a joke

This place could use a major overhaul, especially new management. The property manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst apartments I have ever lived in.

Needs an update

The apts are nice but they need to be updated. Old, ugly appliances!

The office staff was very attentive and quick to meet our needs. We could not tour in person so the lady in the office took a video tour of the apartment and sent it to us. She went out of her way and did not have to. We look forward to living here.

The manager

My fiancé and I recently moved out of the Belmont apartments due to a job offer. We were very unsure on what to do at first because our lease was ending and we didn’t know for sure about the job yet. When we called and asked to speak with the manager she got right on the phone. She didn’t treat us as an issue or an inconvenience instead she very patiently talked with us and explained our options. We thought we had a solution right off just from what Mrs. Elizabeth told us but she insisted we... take a couple of days so we didn’t feel rushed in making a decision. We never one time felt like she didn’t have time for us. Just from our previous experience it is very hard to find someone in her position to take time with you. So if you are looking to live somewhere and you like a patient and tentative manager we highly suggest this place.

The manager

We are current residents at the Belmont apartments. About a year ago Mrs. Elizabeth came here as our manager and we could not be more thankful. Anytime I have ever needed anything she was very quick to take on whatever it was and she never treats me like I am not important even on the smallest things. She has made so many changes here and my children can now enjoy the property as I was expecting them to be able to upon moving in 3 years ago.
