DON'T FALL FOR THE MARKETING!!!

Avoid this place at all cost. There are hidden fees and they don't keep it clean. I've been here two years and this is worst that I've seen the property. Richard is the absolute worse. He doesn't know what is going on and when you ask him questions he looks like he is lala land. Maintenance is awful you have to put in multiple requests for things to get done. And they're consistently in and out of the apartment for new roommates. II Upstairs neighbors are awful, the building I live in wreaks of… marijuana, they're loud and disruptive, they catcall like crazy, and they walk around with their guns out. And when you need the property manager he isn't even on there half of time. Front office is no help. They're so worried about marketing the place for new people to live there they can't even have the people they already have. They will bombard you with renewals. Avoid this place as much as you can they don't even care about the people who already live her. The only thing nice on the property is the front office. And there are so many hidden fees and they won't charge you for it all at once they will wait until after you paid rent because they've missed something. Don't come here. Go anywhere, but here. We've been through so many property managers and now we've got the worse one yet. He doesn't know how to manage the place.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!

honestly if i could give this place a 0 stars then i would. the outside of the units are trashed 100% of the time. maintenance is slow, you can put in multiple requests and your stuff still won’t get fixed. you have to have a visitor pass to have a visitor, mind you if it’s after the office closes then your out of luck. my car got broken into TODAY & the office couldn’t do anything about it, & don’t have any cameras on the property to run back. this place is awful. maintenance walks in & out no… knocking or warning & always leaves lights on & the front door unlocked. always charged fees you don’t know where they came from. i’ve been here 2 years & have been miserable. the staff yea they’re nice but “can’t do anything” about anything. 0/10.

Regarding living here.

It has been horrible . Dryer went out week no fix. Ac went and no fix. Sweating bad and neighbors are blasting music at 2am.

You are a number

Management constantly shifts, but one thing stays the same. They do not care about you. They do not provide services. Property managers ignore you until you have to pay charges they weren't entitled to, unless you want to get a late fee on top of that charge. Any person you speak to in the office treats you like you're crazy because the place has repeatedly and systematically made every person feel like they need to fight tooth and nail to get anything from the person they're paying money to. It… may not be a receptionist's fault, but they will tell you you don't have to pay when you do. They will lie to you and leave you high and dry with no way to a solution.

Don't live here. It's drab and it's lifeless and it has the worst people you could meet if you hung out at Walmart for a month exclusively looking for the worst.
