Unprofessional and UNQUALIFIED

The property manager and matience people are UNQUALIFIED and unprofessional. Neal is never in the office or is up there just not answering the phone. It could take weeks before anything is fixed or addressed. They do a horrible job at fixing things and then the property owner and manger complains about rent being A DAY LATE. My air has been. Out for 5 days now and still havent gotten it fixed nor have I had any calls returned from the property manager. If something is stopped up or broken then… you have to fix it yourself or it wont get fixed at all. These are the worse apartments ever I wouldnt recomment to nobody and the stuff listed on here is false there is no pool no playground none of that. These apartments are cheap for a reason don't waste your time time or money. These are drug dealers and crackheads over here and they are ALWAYS SHOOTING OVER HERE.

Terrible

The maintenance staff do a terrible job of fixing things if they come and fix it at all. The apartments are falling apart and they have the nerve to increase the rent without doing any critically needed renovations. Pest problem is ridiculous and no one cleans up outside so garbage is always scattered about. Stay away from Briarcliff!

We have several new Techs on our staff and im happy to say… things are going great. We invite new prospects out to view our property and take advantage of our great prices and great community.
