    They will lie just to get you in

    They lie about just about everything. Make sure you record all conversations because you will talk to one person and the next person will act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. They false advertise what their units look like. Maintenance will come and look at problems but never fix them. They harass you about late payments but charge you the incorrect amount.
