Wonderful homes!

I have had the best experience at Laurelwood apts, its safe and peaceful. Maintenance is excellent and on time always and very friendly. The office always looks clean and nice and has coffee and candy for you when u come in. A very nice comfortable visiting,event room. The pool is always clean and supervised with pool passes.

Expensive and infestation!

The apartments are way to expensive. I’m not being cheap but these apartments are average like any other apartments. I don’t see why it’s so high. I have to admit that it is a nice area to live and it’s peaceful. But the apartments are just way to expensive and overrated. Not only that, but these apartments are highly infested with roaches!! I wouldn’t recommend no one live to live here.

It is always our goal to provide a 5 star experience and… we would like the opportunity to address your concerns. We have a professional Pest Control company that comes to our community weekly. We need to know which apartment you are in and get permission for Pest Control to enter. Please contact our front office as soon as possible to that we can make your experience with us a much better one.

Bug infestation

I have lived here 3 years because this was the best place I seen in the area. I was fooled. The rent is extremely high considering some buildings have roaches.

Very lovely apartments

The area the apartments are located is very quite and pretty. The apartments looked to be very well maintained and in very good condition. Price was a little high for me on my budget but would be a very nice place to live.
