A big problem at this place!

Management is well aware that there is parking problem at this complex and does nothing! Tenants' guest are allowed to park in spaces that should be reserved for paying tenants and management does nothing! The solution is easy assign designated spaces for tenants, but management does nothing! I would not recommend living here because management will not have their tenants' best interest in mind.

Wonderful management. Very timely when maintenance is needed and has even met me after hours when I locked myself out! Super sweet people!

A nice place to live

The Landlord takes care of us and she is a great Landlord and a she takes care of us when something needs to be fix. It’s a great place for children. She is a great friend too. ??

Rent Somewhere Else

They refuse to do repair work, when asked I am told to "Go rent somewhere else" so I am simply passing along the message to others as well.

Go elsewhere!!!!

Normandy Manor has lost it's ability to offer safety, peace, good management, and quiet living. The police is being called more often at Normandy Manor, tenants are not following rules/new management is not enforcing them, the amount of tenants' guests hanging out increased, and noise is at an all time high. Elsewhere would be the better choice..!!

Live surveillance is another layer of protection we have implemented for our Tenant's confidence and safety in our… complex. Now that surveillance is live we can allow our Law Enforcement to protect and serve our community as needed. This complex follows the Mississippi Laws for Tenants/Landlords and are required to follow the state laws regarding unruly Tenants and their Guests. We do not hesitate to take action in order to control these Tenants and their guests as needed. Each Tenant has the right to a peaceful and quite living environment. We continue to strive to provide this service.
