I have lived at Covington Apartments for about 8 months. Personally, my experience has been nice. It is a quiet neighborhood (complex) with almost zero traffic. Since we have recently moved from the "country" this has been a big plus. I am not a fan of busy neighborhoods. Our manager, Mrs. Carol, is great, very hands on and attentive to any need. Our corporate office has big plans to ensure we are safe and that things are kept in order. This alone makes me confident living this area. The schools... are all in close range as is downtown Natchez,MS. There are also plenty of restaurants around to choose from without moving over 5 miles. I love the location and so far my experience at Covington has been well worth our move! As a single mom, I want to know that myself along with my child are safe. This has most definitely been the case since moving here. We love our space.
