Not bad, as long as you don't want your security deposit back.
The pros: clean and safe.
The cons: the office is like from the early 90s: no texting, nothing online. You just have to call in a problem or go by during office hours. They keep your security deposit no matter what. My apartment was incredibly clean; I hadn't even used the place that much. And never got that deposit back.

Small, Quiet, and a lovely place to live.
This is a very nice building, a quiet area with friendly neighbors. The manager and staff are very helpful and get things done in a timely manner. A very clean well kept environment to live in.
