Park place is a beautiful, quiet and updated property. Jennifer in the front office is always helpful and has helped me with every single thing I’ve need at this property especially with transferring units. She deserves a raise with all she does to help the community. -KS

A 1 community

My husband and I recently moved to Park Place while having our house built. The process to aquire an apartment was very easy.. online application process was quick and easy. The Leasing Consultant has full knowledge of property and amenties. We was very impressed from the moment we pulled onto the property. The apartments are very well maintained and cleaned prior to move in. Apartments have been updated and are very spacious. The grounds are well kept. Very quite community. Glad to call this… home !

AMAZING OFFICE STAFF AND PROPERTY

Just moved in. Process was seamless and easy.. Application was online which I love that. Took a tour of the property and without a doubt , this company takes pride in the property.. The office lady was great . Maintenance guys were on point when I put in a Maintenance request. I love it here already..Location is close to everything.

BEWARE

My husband and I have lived at Park Place since May 2020. We fell in love with New Albany, and we fell in love with our apartment — that is until Wogan Group took over management in December 2021. After initially receiving a letter stating our rental amount will remain the same, we then received another letter a month later stating there would be a 5% increase, in addition to a $45 “community package” fee which was not clarified as being an additional cost on top of our newly increased rent.… When my husband and I went to the front office with our complaints and concerns, we had three different discussions with three different employees, the last of whom either refused to understand why we were upset or could not see why they were in the wrong. Based on further research, Wogan Group seems to be the issue, and we are inclined to believe such because we have never had a problem with our apartment before. BEWARE!
