The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, with violators facing a $500 fine.
