The worse

The Vineyards are way over priced and have had few incident that could have been very bad. I been here for a while and it has gotten worse so I am leaving. They have gotten to were they try tenants like they are doing them a favor. I pay over 1000 of my hard earned money at least give me respect

Average Property- Close to Major Rail Intersection

The Vineyards is a very average, typical apartment property. The apartments are a little over-priced based on the location and lack of landscaping- just a bunch of apartment buildings in a wide open space, very few trees.

The biggest detractor is the fact the apartments are all located right next to a rail line near an unguarded street intersection. Several trains go by every night between midnight and 7:00 AM and they have to blow their horn repeatedly approaching the street intersection.

I...
finally had to move to a different apartment to get a decent nights sleep.
