Love this place
Went to visit my friends here and thought this place was amazing! Great location and very nice all around. Beautiful kitchen and love the outside area

Renters Beware
The 2 other reviews are accurate. Little to no communication from prop mgr/leasing agent. Will not respond to any message; property is cheap construction at best; amenities not finished on time; there’s plenty of other properties in oxford with staff professionals; don’t waste your time at Wellington.

Beware of mgr/owner
Non-existent communication from mgr/leasing agent. Unprofessional in all areas so far; No explanation for “additional invoices”; no returned phone calls or emails....there are better options in oxford.

The management here is trash. They will screw you over. BEWARE!!

Bad Decision
Honestly this property is a mess. I was not able to move in on time. I had to be placed in alternate housing for two months. When moved in it had not been cleaned, construction dust everywhere and unfinished floors. Management will ignore all requests no matter how severe. 10/10 would not sign here.
They will try and deceive you with false promises.

Property Manager at Wellington Place responded to this review
Management could not help the fact that construction was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Management did the best they could to salvage the delayed construction on the condos via paying for hotel rooms, temporary apartments, waving rent,... providing free moving services, free storage, free gym and tanning for the remainder of the lease, and a discount on the monthly rent for the remainder of the lease to account for the lack of amenities on site at the time. As of this posting There are 100% complete condos and access to amenities such as the infinity pool and pool area.
