Family fun apartments

First of off the staff especially Ms Rebecca have been so good to our family! We love the pool and fishing for our family activities, which is great that they are here on the grounds since I cant walk for long! Our neighbors have been the sweetest. My niece saw how much we loved it here, that she moved in a few buildings over! And on top of that we have the best law enforcement in the state! Very safe community. Thanks Rob

Does not fulfill lease agreement

Everything here is great except for management. I agreed and signed a lease clearly stating that I would be paying rent and they would be responsible for sewer, trash, water etc. I would be responsible for electrical and gas utilities. After the first month, I was sent a bill with a setup fee for water as well as a sewer/water bill. After asking about this I was told they had a software error and it was my responsibility to pay it. I asked if water was included in the very beginning and they… said yes. I also was not warned nor told anything notice wise come lease signing. Also, to add that they have yet to fix anything that I have put into their tenant portal to review. You have been warned.

Southwind Apartments

I moved to this apartment complex in 2009. I'm 70 years old, disabled and live alone. After looking at many options, I felt an air of safety and convenience here. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and churches. The apartments are clean and well kept. The common areas are very well-manicured. Best of all, the office staff and maintenance personnel are wonderful and respond immediately when asked for help of any kind. They go the extra mile in making sure my needs and concerns are… taken care of. I would, and have, recommend this complex to anyone, from young singles to families with children to people like myself.
