How Is This Rating Determined?

Clean and Quiet

I've lived here for a year now. Prior to this year I lived out here 4 years in 2017. Both of my experiences has been great. I loved the modern updates that are available now. Management does a great job of enforcing rules. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I left Southaven because rent was super high and rising, the rent at the Lexington is decent much more affordable. I love it here.

Great place to live

The Lexington has been nothing short of amazing. The amenities and the staff is great. Maintenance is pretty quick, but most of all I love that the community is gated.

Safe and Quiet Community

I love living at the Lexington apartments because it is a safe, quiet, and clean community. My apartment is spacious and the amenities are great. The staff is very nice and professional.
