This property is fool of dog poop and maintenance doesn’t keep up well with requests. Good luck getting any help on weekends if your fridge or AC/Heat go down. But even getting an ac filter replaced is too much to ask for with this group.

I've lived here for a year now. Prior to this year I lived out here 4 years in 2017. Both of my experiences has been great. I loved the modern updates that are available now. Management does a great job of enforcing rules. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I left Southaven because rent was super high and rising, the rent at the Lexington is decent much more affordable. I love it here.

The Lexington has been nothing short of amazing. The amenities and the staff is great. Maintenance is pretty quick, but most of all I love that the community is gated.
