Renovation and modernization is long overdue.

From living experience, the property and management is out dated. Nothing is done electronically and the amenities are worn down. Parking isn’t designated, and there are no drawn boundaries for your personal space.

IT IS ONLY OKAY

The only good part about it is , it is quiet, no trash on park lots, and affordable. The recently build are nice on the inside. The maintenance is good. The only issue I had is getting my deposit back when I moved I only got $85.00. I left a living room set in the apartment, because I was giving it to the person who was moving in my unit, I informed the manage and she said it was okay. But I still got charge for furniture move and the person who was moving in the same unit I left didn't get the... furniture...MY QUESTION ,WHERE OR WHO GOT THE FURNITURE ? AND WHY I WAS CHARGED WHEN IT WAS OKAY BY THE LANDLORD? before moving in please request for new carpet because that steam cleaning will fool you and also painted.
