Location is wonderful. Whole reason I live here is I have garage in building. There have been a lot of problems-management changes, lack of cleaning and repair. It has been getting better and I hope it will continue Note the one stable ha been the great repair service Yajacob(hope spelling right) is wonderful personable,smart and very kind??????

Avenue C is a beautiful apartment community. Makes you feel like you are living in a luxury hotel. It is extremely quiet, you might think you are the only one living there. The amenities are fantastic and always available.
