The sunset beach apartments ARE nice apartments. The management is great and the units are well taken care of. HOWEVER if you live on an end unit be prepared to hear the entrance door slamming shut at all hours of the day and night. They definitely have thin walls and leave little to the imagination as to what your neighbors may or may not be up too.
