Think Twice before moving in 11-103
Lead to believe all units are "soundproof/soundreducing technology" not true. You can hear upstairs washer & dryer running, so much that you have to turn the volume up on your radio/tv, showers running, toilets flushing, The noise level in general is awful. Don't dare complain because the disrespectful tenants above you run the vacuum well after 10:00pm, Do the laundry all night with the washer on high spin, blast music when they shower in the midnight hours, grown adults running inside, etc,... etc, Do not complain to management because it falls on deaf ears and/or told " it is apartment living". You feel like you live in military housing with all the cannot have or do rules and the twice a year inspections both inside and outside for patio/balcony,and then there are the dog owners who do not pick up after their dogs. Could go on and on about this place but there is only so much space to write this review.

While our homes are built with sound-proofing... materials, no apartment community can be fully soundproof, and some noises between homes can still be heard. That said, the behaviors you described, late-night vacuuming, loud music, and repeated disturbances, are not things we expect residents to tolerate, and we take those reports seriously.
We also want every resident to feel comfortable bringing concerns to the office. If you felt unheard, we apologize. Our goal is always to listen, investigate, and work toward a resolution whenever possible. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review the specifics of your situation so we can address it directly.
Regarding community guidelines and inspections, these are in place to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for all residents, but they should never feel burdensome. We’re also actively working with pet owners to ensure proper cleanup and accountability.
