I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. The price point is absolutely outrageous for the quality of the property and the level of service you receive.

Despite being a relatively new build, the property is horribly constructed. I was moved into an apartment that had not even been properly cleaned after construction and was not fully finished. There were things inside the apartment that were never properly built or completed, and despite bringing these issues to… management’s attention, I never received a satisfactory resolution.

The parking situation is another major problem. Parking is supposedly for residents, but there is essentially no enforcement or management of it. Overnight guests regularly take up the closest resident parking spaces and can leave their vehicles there for days at a time. If you actually want a covered, assigned parking space, expect to pay an additional $100 per month on top of an already excessive rent.

The amenities are another disappointment. There were amenities and features advertised/promised that were never completed. Management said they were going to build a court, for example, and that never happened. The office/business center is another issue — residents are charged for common-area electricity for spaces that aren’t even functioning as advertised.

I ultimately broke my lease early because living here became unbearable. Despite the apartment having unfinished construction, unresolved problems, and amenities that were never delivered as promised, I am still being expected to pay an enormous amount of money for breaking the lease.

For what you pay here, you would expect a well-built property, functioning amenities, competent maintenance, and management that actually addresses residents’ concerns. That is not what I experienced.

Do yourself a favor and thoroughly inspect the apartment, ask for everything promised in writing, and compare what you’re paying here to other properties in the area. The “new” building is not worth the price. Read More
