The property manager will respond to your email in a fairly timely manner which is good but their response almost always boils down to it’s not our problem. Being charged random fees, contact another organization that’s not affiliated with the complex. Frustrated about there being zero parking, well we require a visible parking pass but we’ll never tow anyone. Not even the cars that have been abandoned for literal years. Maintenance is a joke and will often say they completed the work order... without ever showing up. I regret ever signing a lease here

Terrible management
Management is terrible. They will hit you with surprise fees and make it nearly impossible to move out at the end of your lease without paying extra fees. They won’t even refund your damage deposit. Avoid at all costs
