My room was trashed when I moved in and the management is absurdly horrible. They moved someone into my apartment with NO NOTICE. I've had constant issues. Before I signed my lease they would bother me three or four times a day and now I can literally never get a hold of them (It takes about ten phone calls just to get through the AI). My mail gets lots and takes weeks, and staff is rude and disrespectful. My apartment was trashed when I moved in and absolutely disgusting. Overall, DEFINITLEY... NOT worth the price I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The apartments themselves are tragic. Upon moving in everything was dirty and gross with pet hair everywhere and chipped paint and dirt everywhere. The furniture that your forced to have is such low quality I dont understand why they're making us pay for it. The utilities are consistently out of order. If you're going to the gym you're lucky if there are 2 treadmills working, the pool and hottub are always closed and when they do open they close again after a few days. Random fees are tacked... onto everything and good luck getting in contact with the office. I was being charged twice for furniture for months, I called and asked them to fix it multiple times and even then it took months to get rid of.

The Arrow does a pretty decent job at keeping all amenities in good shape. Not everything is open all of the time, but this is usually due to safety reasons as far as I know.
Does a great job at resident outreach and puts on multiple events which make you make you feel like you're getting the most out of your lease as possible.
Does a great job at communicating with residents to try and resolve issues as fast and as painlessly as possible.
