First off, leasing office never has a manager on site so do not bother going to the office. Extremely unprofessional. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Complained about the dog upstairs barking for 2-3 hours several days in a row. Grounds do not get cleaned so dog poop all over property. Trash for do waste is over flowing or no garbage liner. No pool all year long. When it comes to moving out they will take your security deposit. Stay as far away from this property. I've been renting for over 20... years now and this is by far the most unprofessional, dishonest apartment complex I've ever lived in. I rented a 3 bedroom apartment at Trout Meadows in Bozeman but found it to be a terrible experience. Everything has to go through Missoula therefore nothing happened in a timely manner. I spent hours cleaning only to be charged for nit picky charges i.e. “dusty ceilings” and plenty others. I used to clean high end homes therefore when I was charged an additional $400 for their own cleaning fees I was appalled. I would NOT recommend living here and if you do DONT expect much or anything back from... a deposit. They took forever to go over my application and wouldn’t accept my dog breed because they have restrictions.. Any dog can be raised to b aggressive, the breed doesn’t matter.. poor excuse.
