Don’t rent here!!
They have had bedbugs there that have spread from apartment to apartment. They don’t want to remediate mold issues in the bathrooms. And they will raise the rent on you every year and expect you to re-sign leases so that you can’t move if you wanted to find a better alternative. Better yet, if you don’t want to sign the lease, they make you pay more rent every month until you sign. Don’t rent here!!!

Almanor is a great place to live. I have lived here for three years now and have never had any issues. The property is kept clean and maintenance is pretty prompt when they are need for something.
