Wonderful!

The staff here is amazing, and can tend to any issue that you may have. The maintenance team keeps the grounds well-kept as well. I recommend Copper Run to anyone who will listen!

Amazing Team, Well-Kept Property, Great Community Vibe

Copper Run has exceeded my expectations in every way. The team here is truly amazing — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making residents feel at home. Any time I've had a question or a maintenance request, they've handled it quickly and professionally.

The property itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, well-kept grounds and common areas that make it clear the staff takes real pride in this place. Beyond that, there's a wonderful sense of community here — neighbors… are friendly, events bring people together, and it genuinely feels like more than just a place to live.

I'd highly recommend Copper Run to anyone looking for a place that combines great management, a well-maintained environment, and a real sense of community.

Love Living Here

We have lived here for the past 2 years and we love it. It is in the middle of town and close to everything. We love that they are pet friendly and the office knows the names of our dogs and has treats in office. The amenities are fun, it's always fun to use to movie theater to watch a scary movie or something to get out of the house. The pool and hot tub are great too. The community is always clean and welcoming.

Maintenance at Copper Run very responsive

The Maintenace for this property responds to maintenance requests within a day or two. Very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Repairs completed are some of the best I've seen. I would highly recommend Copper Run as your next home.
