Better than Student Dorms Atleast
----Pros:
In-unit washer/dryer. Leasing office is very responsive. Location is very close to downtown so bars are at most a 10 minute walk, campus is around a 5 minute walk and many restaurants are under 15 minutes of walking. The place is next to a small park with tennis court and walking path. There is a garage and multiple exits from the building.
----Cons:
Doors are non-existent when it comes to sound dampening. I can hear roommates shuffle their feet in the common area, and it's as if the... door wasn't there in the first place. This means there is no auditory privacy so all conversations and whatnot can be heard by anyone in the unit. I turned my phone to the lowest/quietest audio setting in the bedroom and I could still hear the video being played from outside the room. The given desk is atrociously bad and the provided chair offers no lumbar support, does not lock into place (meaning you will always be able to lean back on it, bad for posture) and has no backrest swivel function (when leaning back the seat also leans back). There's no room to store the provided desk and chair if you want to replace them so you're almost forced to buy a storage unit. The park next to the building is nice but during the summer season yells can be heard throughout the day and sometimes into the night. The bedroom unit window is a bit small and does not offer much sunlight. The in-building storage units and garage applications take MONTHS to process as they are both popular and fill up quickly. Repair orders take almost a week to fill as there are too many things broken in each unit and not many repair technicians for the building.
----Conclusion:
These apartment units are overpriced and as someone who values privacy and peace and quiet, not somewhere I would live again.

Hi John, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're glad you found the location convenient and appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer.
We understand your concerns about noise and soundproofing and will continue to look for ways to improve the... experience for our residents. While we don’t provide furniture storage on-site, residents are welcome to make their own arrangements as long as furniture is returned before move-out. Storage units are available for rent, though they can fill up quickly.
We understand your concerns about the amount of natural light and the quality of the provided desk and chair, although these specific issues haven’t been raised to us before. The nearby park can be lively during the summer, and we’ll continue to do our best to maintain a positive living environment.
Thanks again for your feedback, we wish you the best moving forward.
