Don't waste your money here
While this apartment complex is within walking distance from campus, that is about where the benefits stop.
While cheaper than most places in town, the actual living spaces are incredibly small, and almost nothing works well in the building for long.
There is almost always something broken, either in your unit, or in the complex as a whole. I've had my AC break twice, the lock to my door started going out, the south elevator has broken down numerous times, the front door system is constantly... going down, it took literal months for them to fix the leg press machine in the fitness area after that broke down, and I can think of at least a couple times this past year where the fire alarm would just go off randomly(and not during a scheduled test).
Combine that with the fact that they will start pressuring you to resign your lease by October, despite most people having only just moved in during late August, with a subtle underlying threat of selling it out from under you.
You will also find that their after hours emergency line is a joke, and good luck getting them to listen to any noise complaints that you make when your downstairs neighbor is quite literally playing their music so loud that your entire room shakes at 11:00 PM.
Don't waste your money here, spend a little extra and go somewhere that'll at least pretend to care about you.
