Great please to live

I’ve had a great experience living at Brookwood. The apartments are well-maintained and clean, with all the amenities I could need. The staff is always friendly and responsive to any requests, which makes living here easy and stress-free. The location is convenient, and I feel like I’m getting good value for the rent I pay. Overall, it's a quiet and pleasant community, and I’m happy to call this place home.

Don't make the mistake of renting here!!!!!

The management will tell you that they can't afford to fix your gutters,which were leaking 3 years ago when you moved in,yet they can afford to buy 4 brand new golf carts for the maintenance staff.How typical!!!!!Moving as soon as my lease is up.

Disappointed

Staff is friendly enough but you have to stay on them to get maintenance jobs done. Had to request pest control several times for ants in the kitchen and shower! Took several months to get the crack sealed at the bottom of the exterior door (in the winter). The smell of stale second-hand smoke from another apartment was overwhelming! Don't plan on getting your deposit back. They'll find whatever loophole to keep it without notification. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
