RUN - DO NOT LEASE HERE! NIGHTMARE!!

These apartments are a complete disappointment. Cigarette and marijuana smoke regularly seeps into the units, making the living conditions unhealthy and unbearable. To make matters worse, the construction is embarrassingly poor — you can hear every word and every step from your neighbors like there’s nothing but cardboard between you. The cabinets, carpet, and finishes are the cheapest imaginable, yet you’re charged like it’s luxury.

To top it all off, the new management company that took over... from Greystar is a joke — unempathetic, inflexible, and completely unhelpful when it comes to real tenant concerns. If you have health or safety issues, don’t expect help — expect to be ignored. I will be reporting this situation to the North Carolina Housing Code Enforcement Division so other tenants won’t have to suffer through what I have.

If you value your health, peace, and sanity, look elsewhere.

Moved in just a month ago and we already love it. The access to the pool, the dog park, the trash pick up, it all makes my very busy day just a little bit easier. Plus the staff has been nothing but helpful.

People have a hard time reading signs and will drive close behind you when coming through the gate. Moving trucks and boats park here making it difficult to finding a parking spot as they take up two-three spots since they park in all three rather than just one spot
