The luxurious pimary bedroom with a King size bed and its own private bathroom is on the main level. Upstairs on the second level are the two additional bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds) which share a large bathroom and each have very spacious walk in closets.
The house can be rented from 1 to 12 months. Lawn maintenance, trash pickup and internet/cable included in the monthly rent. Tenant pays for the electricity and water/sewer bill.
