We understand that living in a… developing community can occasionally present challenges, and we appreciate your patience as construction nears completion. While some final touches remain, the most disruptive work is behind us. We will continue working with our construction team to ensure the property remains clean and well-maintained.

Regarding the mailbox delays, we completely understand your frustration. Due to supply chain disruptions following Hurricane Helene, securing the kiosks took much longer than expected. However, after working closely with USPS, we have received final approval, and residents are receiving their mail.

We also recognize the importance of winter weather preparation. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay with our third-party vendor for snow removal. That said, the necessary treatment was completed before the next round of freezing weather, and we are committed to ensuring timely service moving forward.
