LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!

Going on 5 years now. I was out of town during Helene. My adult, autistic, granddaughter was alone! Everyone was so incredibly kind and supportive of her!! The whole community came together! Neighbors, office and maintenance staff, anll went above and beyond. It’s a beautiful, well maintained community!!!

Beautiful complex

Just moved here two months ago. Lovely complex with helpful and friend staff. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Nice amenities and peaceful location.

Best Hidden Gem

I have lived in Eastwood Village now for 7 yrs and it is the best place ever. The staff is the best and the property is always taken care of.

It's ok

Management is decent but they use excuses to enter your apartment several times a year. People don't pick up after their dogs, people smoke constantly, and they will take most of your security deposit no matter what. Be aware of that.
Otherwise it's decent and as overpriced as most Asheville apartments. Close to shopping and literally across the street from a nice little Ingles. There's no place for kids to play which sucks so it's better for adults. Water is a separate bill as is pest control.… I can honestly say I never saw any bugs inside, that is a plus. The balconies are nice and the view of trees pretty in the spring and fall. There's AC/heat that works great. Water pressure is a little lackluster.

If you can handle the annoyances it's a nice place to live.
