I absolutely love the environment this place has brought. It’s home with plenty of great neighbors. The views and the up keep of the property is great! There’s nothing I could say to hype up the staff. The office people are kind and the maintenance guys are cool.

I enjoy the space, in particular the clubhouse. Having the gym located right under my apartment makes it easy for me to stay active. If I had to drive to a gym, I’d probably go less often. I also appreciate the occasional community activities and blood donation events—they make me feel more connected and involved.

Generally it is nice here. Very safe.We are finally going to have event pool opening.which will be nice. It would be nice if they got a new table in grassy area near 401-403 buildings, as one there was destroyed by hurricane.The maintenance has been slower than usual the last few months, but they do a great job. They should not say this is gated community as the gates have been broken for 6 months .Overall all is well.
