What drew me to this community was the friendly staff from the moment I walked through the door. The staff worked quickly to ensure that I could move in as early as possible and got me the exact apartment I wanted with a balcony, washer/dryer, and a view of the mountains. Members of the community have been friendly and welcoming during move-in. Maintenance arrived quickly to address all concerns. And to top it off, the valet trash has been soo helpful with moving-in!

It is obvious that the grounds and buildings need more attention. The recent power washing did very little to improve the feeling of cleanliness of stairways or walkways. It basically removed spider webs, but also t did not remove the dirt.

I believe the lack of prompt attention paid to broken lights, fences or chipped paint results in the lack of respect I see residents show the grounds, as well.

Things have definitely improved since there was a staff change, and I appreciate that. I do...
wonder, however, if too much is expected of too few people on the maintenance team.
