Nice apartments to live. Well maintained and safe! Got good amenities like swimming pool, dog park, gym, etc. we got nice staff and they help with everything!!

Overall good. Great area to be in, maintenance is solid. Could use more consistency in the clubhouse though. Grounds are kept clean, and the breezeways for the most part as well.

I have requested several times that management contact/correct some residents NOT to leave their trash out from early morning, over the entire weekends, when there is no pick up. Aside from looking awful, it increases the possibility of animals rntering the area. So far there has bèen no action. I have loved living here...its been almost 9 years, but things are not as well taken care of as it used to be. On a positive note...the Maintence service is excellent.

Convenient location with easy access to highway 25. Also available an Ingles store, gas station a CVS and now a drive thru Starbucks Nextdoor (walking distance).

The place is very safe The staff seems to be in transition. To get maintenance unless emergency expect 14 to 20 days.There seems to be many vacancies. Prices are reasonable.
