The place is very safe The staff seems to be in transition. To get maintenance unless emergency expect 14 to 20 days.There seems to be many vacancies. Prices are reasonable.

Horrible management here. Nothing is done right. I’m still waiting for my rug to get cleaned up after water leaking through the windows. Dog poop everywhere, my fridge hasn’t been fixed yet after 6 months of telling management about the issue. Do not recommend living here. Everything in this place never works properly. Gate never works. Worse experience

The community is great overall.
However, we can see the change or some different conditions in management.
The maintenance team is wonderful, hope it maintain the quality like always.
The environment, as usual, need all to complete whole.
Thank you for all the efforts to make this community good and preferable.
