Online system is a joke

I found a 2B that the website said would be available for my move in date. I set up the time and date for a tour. When I arrived, the folks in the leasing office were surprised to see me. They didn't know which apartment I had requested to view. They just started listing all apartment options they had coming available I'm the next couple months, none of which were a 2B available on the move in date that I indicated. I made the trip to the complex for nothing. It was frustrating.

Application Process revealed the office is incompetent

Don't even consider this one. Property seems fine but the office management was bad enough to scare me off before I signed a lease. After being encouraged to asap, so I didn't loose the spot, I applied, and called a week later to see how it was going. They then very clearly looked at my application for the first time. After 30 seconds of doing their job they realized they needed more financial information. I provided that information immediately and was told I would be called back that day. The… next day when nothing had happened I went in personally to find the office worker at his desk, doing nothing. I then sat down and basically forced him to do what he said he was going to do the day before. This took no more than 15 minutes. Then they needed further identifying information. I went and got the information, and returned that day. I was then told that he would process the information and email me to confirm it went through. A week later when no contact had been made I went in to the office again to cancel my application. Once they heard the bad news they start trying spin half-truths and tell me the website sends automatic emails. Now I'm waiting for a refund for who knows how long. After the whole experience I feel like I dodged a bullet and the management here isn't malicious, just plain incompetent.

Come look for yourself

Since reading the negative reviews on this website, I would like to point out that our community has been taken over by a new management company. I have watched them try to make the best improvements possible within the amount of time they have had. I have lived here for several years and the staff is very kind and helpful. For the price in this area this is a very nice community, it is peaceful and quiet. Come take a look for yourself. Thanks to all the staff and management, I hope you will… come and make your own decision.

Parkway Crossing Apartments

My family and I have lived in these apartments for 4 years. We love the location, not to far from town. The staff and maintenance have always been helpful with anything needed. Pet friendly, clean, and quiet.

Parkway Crossing Apartment

Lived here for almost a year. Never a problem. Maintenance always prompt. Office staff greeted us with a smile. Ready to help.
Clean and quiet. Can relax on patio watching the birds and squirrels. Shopping available everywhere within walking distance. Allowing pets is a plus.
