They have mold issues they covering up and continuing to cover up. My family is extremely sick. They are horrible and treat you like it's not an issue. Claimed it was debris, but mold spray.

Ongoing issues with insufficient parking, no trash service on weekends and dumpster fails routinely. Pool was closed most of the summer after failing inspection.

Lack of communication, kitchen appliances poorly installed, bad plumbing that caused a severe flooding to multiple apartments, mold, 2 months pool is out of service, yearly rental increases $200 & more, & defective fire alarm systems.

Beautiful property! Austin was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manor! He was very polite and very knowledgeable about the location! I would recommend Austin for any questions you may have in the future!

Nice place, great location
The management is TERRIBLE, they don’t care at all about their loyal tenants, just about generating more revenue any way they can.
Parking bad, guest parking a stressful nightmare and they continue to justify it.
Too bad…I wouldn’t recommend it
