Location, location, location!

If you are looking for an apartment within a 10-15 walk to downtown Asheville, Woodbury is a great property to consider. The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive and the western view of the mountains is outstanding.

The place to live

I’ve been here 11 years. I have a million dollar view. The pool is a big plus. They allow pets. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. During the hurricane and aftermath I never felt alone as the community came together. The rent is comparable and the maintenance is spot on.

A friendly and safe place to live

My husband and I have been living in Woodberry Apts for 9 years and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The office staff have been the same the entire time and are receptive to all of our needs and so amazing! Any issues in our apartment are fixed immediately by the wonderful maintenance staff. We have never felt unsafe here and are still in walking distance to downtown. There are beautiful mountain views, a nice pool, friendly neighbors, and a reasonable price tag for the location. We feel... lucky to live in such a nice spot!

Amazing upgrades

We moved into Woodberry in November, 2022. Since then, they have put in new windows, HVAC, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, mail boxes, and kitchen appliances! Woodberry has beautiful views, lovely neighbors, and very responsive management and maintenance. We lucked out to find Woodberry.

Love it here!

Ive been living at Woodberry for almost 7 months now and love it! Its the perfect location, being so close to downtown, but still in a private and quiet area. Brad and the maintenance here are fantastic. Super responsive, helpful and friendly! The recent renovations are a huge plus and make the space feel modern but still cozy and homey. Thanks!
