I’ve been renting from Twin Oaks for just over a year & I’ve had a wonderful experience! From the first communications with Cristina, it’s been great. She responded to me quickly & was able to get me a tour immediately. She answered all of my questions & made the moving in process as easy as possible. The area is quiet & everyone is respectful. Many of us have doorbell cameras & monitor our apartments. I’ve had zero issues with neighbors. Any minor issues with my apartment have been resolved... quickly. Cristina or Lumi respond immediately & take care of the issue promptly. And I love my apartment. So, if you’re in the market for a rental & want to deal with actual human beings instead of a big corporation, please consider Twin Oaks!!

If you are looking to live in a quiet complex then this is the place for you. It’s privately owned and well kept, the owners are good about addressing any issues you may have whether it’s maintenance related or anything else.

Beautiful, quiet place
I've been living at Twin Oaks for the past 7 years. The place is quiet and very well maintained. The managers are very easy to work with, always ready to answer questions and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. I love living at Twin Oaks.
