Awesome place to live. Manager is great. The maintenance is great. All around great experience.

My apartment is handicap accessible. Large bath, back porch, and toe room under cabinets. Rooms 14 ft by 16 ft. Easily gotten into with two exits for emergencies but expensive for Social Security pay check. Can't get a cheaper place with amenities as good as I have here. There are better places, but not in my pay range. What I have is nice and agreeable for what I can handle, also safe area as well, with good, close police force near this neighborhood. Child care center across the road, … churches in walking distance, as is grocery store, grill, drug store, home shopping for antiques, etc. and bus access for schools. I like leaving in Park Terrace Apartments because it's quite and the neighborhood is clean and everybody is nice. My 3 bedrooms is nice and spacious our apartment was updated when we moved in. We have on site maintenance that is here until 5pm and on call maintenance until 8pm. Our office personnel is nice and helpful we have a park and swimming pool across the street from the complex there are two grocery store near by and axcess to interstate 85 and interstate 74.
