Important: This is a whole house rental only—not by the bedroom. Your group will rent the entire home and decide how to split rent.

The house features a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a comfortable living area, and a huge front sunny deck. No carpet - wood/vinyl floors.

The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and three bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one bedroom has a private bath, the other two share a hall bath). The lower level includes a fourth, larger bedroom that can also work well as a shared space or rec room (if 3 people renting) along with the laundry area.
