Great stay

I’ve had nothing but good things to say about my stay here at the finmore… the maintenance is very responsive and people in the front office such as Garret are very helpful with any issues.

NO Parking

This property is outrageously expensive, and there is no parking available. I resided here for 3 years and never received a parking spot.

The Finmore at 241 is great! The apartments are super nice and come fully furnished. There is a hot tub, study area, coffee maker, and gym available for residents. It’s really close to campus, so getting to class is easy. The apartment is pet-friendly and the full size parking spots are great! Definitely one of the best places to live in Boone.

Very nice staff. The building was clean, normally quiet, and I was rarely bothered by neighbors. The parking isn't that bad and the gym in the building is nice as well.
