At your own risk

Wondering why this place seems to good to be true? It’s because it is. They show you the model during the tour, get you to pay the holding, application, and administrative fee. Then, when you see the actual apartment you’re supposed to move into, you’ll be disappointed. Looks and smells old. Doors and windows definitely need to be replaced really bad. The excuse I was told was that the model hasn’t been lived in for over 10+ years. Therefore, the tour was unrealistic of what you’ll actually be… staying in. My advice would be to tour the apartment you’re moving into first before paying anything or you’ll be out of $300 just like me!

Best hide away

The rental team, maintenance team are outstanding.

I have had little to no worries, issues, or concerns.

The one item that I had, was taken care of in the same day. And it was after hours.

Very nice people.

I'm very happy here.

Awesome place to live

We love Knollwood. The staff is awesome and every year they have little events where the the families come together and enjoy! We love it here! This is a place to definitely check out!

Block party

This GSC property has always done things for the community. The block party today was another success. Every one from Lisa to les has always showed love for me and my family I would recommend this property to any one looking for staff to actually care. GREAT JOB ONCE AGAIN

Loving Knollwood Townhouse!

I was praying for help ("right now") to locate the right living space, and drove unknowingly to a sign that said Knollwood. I was shown the place, I liked the place and the outdoor environment. The staff, Lisa, in Burlington NC was very cordial and explained the rental procedural process and I am loving my new place. Praying worked for me to locate what I needed, and now I am sharing for anyone else who is looking for an excellent environment to live. One last thing, when I needed something… repaired, the maintenance person came the same day, when the receptionist put in the work order.
