DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

The property constantly smells like weed, it seeps through the walls into the closets, bathrooms, and living areas. There is always broken glass in the parking lot, and nobody cleans it up, so it stays there for weeks!! Amenities they pride themselves in are broken and never repaired. There is always loud music/bass coming from the parking lot or residents. No matter how many times we reported it nothing changed. There are bones all over the place from people eating chicken outside then throwing... the bones (dog owners know the dangers of this) Not to mention the leasing office is making us pay rent 2 months after our lease was up because we didn't say that we were moving out when our lease was up. Living here has been horrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great community

Very happy at Oak Pointe. It is quiet community but convenient to all my favorite shopping spots. The new management company has been great so far!

New management is awesome

New managers took over in December. Excellent service, got rid of noisy neighbors and really cleaned things up. Quiet location in a great neighborhood. Love it here now!
