Muy mal lugar para vivir muy sucio y bastante droga no respetan sus palabras se comprometan de entregar un modelo de apartamento y en el momento de entrega te entregan otro ya tengo 8 meses viviendo y estoy ansioso para mudarme y terminar este contrato

i love it here!

the maintenance team is fast to jump on top of things that need to be taken care of and respond to calls quickly. management is very kind and the office itself has very welcoming people and energy!!

JUST DON’T

Literally wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s a last option, even then, I’d keep looking! The apartments are so run down and outdated! The bathroom sucks, kitchen sucks! Apartments always have problems!

And I realize no place is perfect, but it would at least be decent if it management team had good customer service. Literally the worst team ever and they have no regard for their residents. I’ve never been to prison but I’d imagine even that’s better than this hellhole.

Trey and Brandon are absolute Rockstar's! The world needs more people like them in it! Super helpful, kind and informative! My apt is BEAUTIFUL !! The Complex is clean and quiet- Im so EXCITED to call this my home!

swimming pools did not pass inspection

Their advertisements show two beautiful swimming pools but in reality, they are rarely open. It is now June 15th and they haven't passed inspection for this season yet. New apartment management now and had hoped they would be better but the new maintenance crew is not as good as the crew we had last year.
