If you're bringing additional vehicles, public parking is available with rates of $5 per hour or $25 per day, and private lots typically charge a flat fee ranging from $25 to $60 per day. Golf carts are welcome but count as one of your two parking spaces, and charging golf carts on the property is not permitted.

While the unit is located on the ground floor, the building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, requiring a flight of stairs for access. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Please avoid showering off excess sand in the shower or bath to prevent clogs.
