There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible.
This top-floor unit boasts the best views in the building, featuring a spacious living room with a pull-out couch and Roku smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating for three and a dining table for four. Accommodating up to six guests, the apartment offers a queen bedroom and a bunk bed room. A large attached deck provides a peek of the ocean, and the master bedroom balcony offers stunning lake sunset views. Beautiful tile and hardwood floors throughout, complemented by throw rugs, create a comfortable living space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Each unit includes two designated parking spaces. If you’re bringing additional vehicles, public parking is available with rates of $5 per hour or $25 per day. Private parking lots around the boardwalk area typically charge a flat fee ranging from $25 to $60 per day. Golf carts are welcome but count as one of your two parking spaces. Charging golf carts on the property is not permitted.
The amazing Carolina Beach boardwalk is only a quarter mile away, and Lake Park is right across the street. Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are six miles to the south. The US North Carolina Battleship, Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, and vibrant nightlife are just 25 minutes away. Enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants and attractions, with the beach just a few steps away.
Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time, especially in outdoor areas and shared spaces. Sand in the unit can cause clogs that require a plumber, so use the outdoor shower to rinse off excess sand. Housekeeping is not provided, and while linens are included, daily maid service is not part of the rental rate. Please bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided. Walking on the dunes is forbidden, and it is against State Law to damage or destroy sea oats and other vegetation that grows on the dunes. In the event of a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless mandatory evacuations are ordered by state or local authorities.
