Great Apartment Community!

This has been my favorite apartment living experience! If there is ever an issue maintenance fixes it fast, the office staff is so kind, and the perks? Never had those at any other spot! 1000/10 would recommend!

A Peaceful Oasis

Hands down the best complex I have ever been at- location is perfect (close to both downtown Southern Pines and Pinehurst, walking distance to stores/restaurants/trail), with very quiet and respectful neighbors. Facilities are beautifully maintained and maintenance always resolves issues within 24 hours. The leasing office is extremely kind, responsive and understanding. This community really values its residents and it shows in many ways- I have been privileged to call this complex home!

Love It Here @Tyler's Ridge Apartments!

Great experience for the past 2+ years and counting. the noise is never an issue and i love the pool and how close the reservoir is to the area.

Not one negative thing to say!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, apartments are beautiful and well taken care of! Having the amenities and not having to worry about yard work or upkeep for this single mother was so worth it!
