Guests must select either a $500 refundable security deposit or a $22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver. Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee. All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. No mail or packages may be delivered to the property and no luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out.
