Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Pool operation time is from 10 AM to 9 PM daily, with opening on May 29, 2021, and closing on September 26, 2021 (weekends only after Labor Day). There is a security camera on the property. No parties or excessive noise are allowed, and guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM. No smoking of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
