If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a $2,500 fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. The apartment complex offers free lot parking for all standard vehicles, including trucks and large SUVs.
