We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Additional charges apply for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability, with fees of $35 for 1 hour early/late and $49 for 2 hours early/late.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and violations will result in a fine. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The unit is equipped with Minut noise detectors and exterior cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a $2,500 fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. The unit contains active smoke detectors. Tampering with these devices or triggering them due to smoking or other smoke sources will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund.
