If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a $2,500 fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. The unit contains active smoke detectors. Tampering with these devices or triggering them due to smoking or other smoke sources will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund. Free lot parking is available, and all standard vehicles, including trucks and large SUVs, are allowed. No commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, or extended vans are permitted.
